We are a dance community for adults of all levels of experience in Centre Wellington. We take creative risks together, interpret stories through choreography and visual production, and show up to train our bodies and skills in dance.
We hold classes “Dance Programs” that connect brain to body to music, to build confidence as a dancer and impress yourself with growth and taking on a fun challenge!
In a constant state of experimentation and growth, we provide opportunities for performances at festivals, events, and in larger theatrical productions. We hold auditions annually in Fergus.
Whether you’re dancing for joy, growth, or creative release, Dance and Heart invites you to show up fully, move authentically, and be part of a community that celebrates every body in motion.

The QuestA baby swan is born into an enchanted realm, where two snails show her the fun and fancy-free life of woodland creatures. An altercation with a band of angry unicorns ignites a quest in which the baby swan grows beautiful red feathers for each brave act she makes towards reconciling the conflict between the unicorns and woodland creatures.
Including fairies, water monsters, nymphs, foxes, frogs…and narrated by a quirky faun!
Contact us to learn how you can bring The Quest to your venue…or learn it yourself!

RAFTWhat happens between the moment of her last breath and the moment she becomes a siren of the enchanted lake?
Exploring themes of friendship, discovery, and self expression, three women find themselves on a raft together after they succumb to forces of the enchanted realm.
